THE PROJECT
Our clients wanted to create a modern, welcoming apartment for Airbnb guests in Punta Cana, with minimal renovation and maximum use of every inch of space. The goal was to make the apartment work for both short getaways and extended stays by the ocean.
They wanted to keep the existing beige color palette, include two dedicated workspaces for remote workers, and choose easy-care furnishings and textiles that could be refreshed between guest stays. Since online ordering and delivery options are limited in the area, sourcing products from local stores was a priority.
WHAT WE DID
Planned functional zones for dining, breakfast, and working in both the bedroom and living area.
Identified existing furniture worth keeping to avoid unnecessary spending.
Sourced furniture and decor from IKEA Punta Cana and Ilumel, with selected lightweight items available through Amazon delivery.
THE RESULT
We delivered a complete decorating plan featuring:
Wall color recommendations.
Furniture layout and placement guidance.
Shopping lists for furniture and decor, with direct purchase links.
Easy-care textile recommendations designed for frequent washing and quick refreshes between guest stays.
THE FINAL LOOK
The result is a bright, modern one-bedroom apartment in soft beige tones, with thoughtfully defined zones, two workspaces, and practical furnishings that make the most of every inch - ready for comfortable short stays and longer visits.
